Terms
Terms of use
These terms explain the practical limits and responsibilities for using PhotoResizer.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Using the service
You may use PhotoResizer without an account to prepare images you are legally permitted to use. Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or an application provider’s rules.
Verify official requirements
PhotoResizer helps create dimensions and file sizes you select, but it is not an official government, examination, visa, passport, employer, or admissions service. Requirements may change. You are responsible for checking the current official instructions and reviewing the downloaded result before submission.
No guaranteed acceptance
The tool verifies technical properties it can measure, such as output dimensions, format, and file size. It cannot guarantee that another website will accept an image or that a photo meets visual, identity, background, pose, or document-specific rules.
Availability and device limits
The service is provided as available. Browser capabilities and device memory vary, so very large or damaged files may fail. Keep your original image and try a smaller source if your device cannot complete processing.
Privacy and changes
Normal image processing follows the local-browser model described in the privacy policy. These terms may be updated when the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
