PhotoResizer is designed to minimize data collection and keep normal image processing on your device.

Image processing
Images selected in PhotoResizer are decoded, resized, cropped, compressed, and prepared for download locally in your browser during normal tool operation. The application does not upload your image, original filename, EXIF data, or resulting file to our server, and it does not save image history.
Your browser may keep ordinary temporary data while the page is open. PhotoResizer releases temporary image references and local Blob URLs when they are replaced, reset, or no longer needed.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Google AdSense load only after you select “Allow optional services.” If you decline, these scripts are not loaded. When allowed, Analytics measures page visits and a small set of product events: tool selection, processing success or failure, and download clicks. AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads.
Analytics events never include image contents, original filenames, document contents, dimensions, crop positions, formats, target KB values, or downloaded files. Google Signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Google may process information under its Business Data Responsibility terms.
The hosting or CDN provider may process ordinary request information needed to serve the site, such as IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamps, according to that provider’s infrastructure and retention policies. Image files are not part of normal page requests.
Advertising
Ads are provided by Google AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies, but ads do not receive selected image files from the image-processing workflow. Ad serving and consent availability may vary by region and browser settings.
Local storage and cookies
The application does not require an account and does not store image history. PhotoResizer stores your optional-services choice on this device. If you allow optional services, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies; if you decline, PhotoResizer does not load either script.
Your choices and questions
You can stop processing by closing or resetting the tool. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
